Gaitan Cerberus is a manager of permissions and restrictions for Windows platforms systems. If you want certain configuration options or areas to only be available to certain users or in certain situations, to avoid shocks and surprises, Gaitan Cerberus is your solution.

The program has 4 security levels, explained here:

1- Minimum security: stops Password, Network or System icons being loaded in Control Panel.

2- Medium security: additional to 1, it also blocks Add/Remove Programs.

3- Maximum security: blocks access to Printers in the Control Panel, and to searches.

4- Internet security: blocks access to all Connections, Advanced Options and Security options in the Internet Options icon.
